Anthony is facing prison time in an ever-changing California court system, and he must decide whether to continue on his road of addiction and crime or to transform his life and begin to mend the community he devastated. Anthony's surfing past, methamphetamine addiction, criminality, and eventual recovery are laid bare. They explore Anthony's ascent to prominence and descent into addiction and criminality with those around him, including some of the world's greatest surfers. There had previously been a rule of silence in the surfing industry, but now they are breaking it and discussing the subject of widespread drug use among professional surfers as well.
