On a brisk Christmas Eve, Casey Smallwood, a previously mild-mannered college student, gets freed from prison after serving a ten-year sentence for underage drinking. He plans to meet his longtime pen pal on a train to Washington, D.C., but the train is hijacked by an angry gang of domestic terrorists and highly intelligent, government-trained raccoons as it enters the winter wilderness! Casey, never one to back down from a raccoon fight, teams up with a train porter to fight the terrorists and aid in the destruction of a top-secret, raccoon-controlled military laser satellite!
