NATO operative Jacques Kristoff (JeanClaude Van Damme) is summoned to activity --in his birthday, no less--to track down Galina Konstantin (Laura Harring), who's stolen a very valuable and dangerous top secret container out of the Slovakian Government. Finding Galina does not take long, by returning his superiors the contraband and Galina from train and the mission must be wrapped up by Jacques. Matters appear to be moving as Jacques and Galina board the train but all hell breaks loose.
