Steve is a talented gymnast who has quit rivalry and is working at the bicycle store of his father. Julie is the new girl at his fitness center, who has moved to teach together with their coach. Inspired by Julie, instruction is resumed by Steve. They prepare to the US Olympic Trials, while dealing with the conflicts in their personal lives and the stress of training.
