In a unknown future, a drifter having a remarkably higher tolerance to pain has been kept captive at a hospital that was dreadful from The Circle of Psycho Surgeons, a covert team of deviants. Unexpectedly, our shackled protagonist hears the telephone of"The Gore Collector," a sadistic curator of both carnage who's well beyond his prime now seeks an heir to shoot over his wicked operation. Regardless of the lurid laboratory, the drifter enters the subterranean lair of The Gore Collector and there, the perverse programmer pops at a filthy video tape and begins the whole process of attempting to twist the man's mind with the goriest moments from Total Moon's most iconic picture franchise.
