The Black House
When a customer calls Showa Life Insurance to ask if her insurance will pay out in the event of her suicide, the agent on the other end of the line seems a little hesitant. The agent is concerned about her safety, so he goes to her residence and discovers that her small kid has hanged himself. People related to this family start "accidenting" more frequently, and he might be next. He explores this further as more and more people start having "accidents."
