With Each Other as the "Nearly 4 Heroes," Shinnosuke and the drawn doodles attempt to reclaim Kasukabe! Among that, they find the weak point of the doodles, where they dissolve upon contact with water! To make issues worse, a raincloud that seeks to start pouring at any moment floats over ...
