Conspiracy
Kilmer plays a Gulf War veteran suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) who travels to a small community in search of a friend. When he arrives, his friend and his family have vanished, and the locals are hesitant to answer queries regarding their whereabouts. He soon learns that the town is owned and governed by a single man (Gary Cole), who despises those who ask questions.
