Around The Table
The mother of one, Haruko is a lone parent. She lives in a really unconventional setup. She shares a house with her son Riku, Aiko, and Aiko's lover, Sorao. One day, Yuko spends the summer at an art school, and she stays at Haruko's. Yuko is Haruko's long-time friend Tomoyo's daughter. Tomoyo finally contacted Haruko after years of silence to inquire about having her daughter spend the summer with her. The history between Haruko and Tomoyo is tense.
